Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven POS Terminal Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring merchants who need POS terminals, payment processing solutions, and other merchant services. You will work directly with business owners, providing them with tailored payment solutions that meet their needs while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Acquire New Merchants - Identify potential clients, including small businesses, retailers, and restaurants, who need POS terminals and payment solutions.

Sell Payment Solutions - Present and sell POS terminals, mobile payment solutions, and payment processing services to merchants.

Build and Maintain Relationships - Develop strong relationships with business owners and provide excellent customer service.

Meet Sales Targets - Achieve assigned sales quotas by consistently closing deals and signing up new merchants.

Educate Clients - Explain payment processing fees, terminal functionality, and benefits of the solutions offered.

Follow Up & Support - Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and continued support for merchants.

Stay Updated - Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in payment technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in Sales (Preferred) - Prior experience in merchant services, payment processing, or POS sales is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills - Ability to explain technical payment solutions simply and persuasively.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven - Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Networking & Relationship-Building - Strong ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers.

Basic Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with POS terminals, payment gateways, and mobile payment solutions is a bonus.
