Job Title: Receptionist cum Customer Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist cum Customer Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. This role involves front desk management as well as actively engaging with customers to promote and sell company services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Engage with walk-in clients and respond to product/service inquiries
• Promote and upsell company offerings to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain a record of client interactions
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Assist in preparing sales quotes, invoices, and maintaining sales records

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Intermediate degree or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience in reception or customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Presentable appearance with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
