Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Tech Cuber is looking for the position of Sales Development Representative (Onsite)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi

Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for our sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and set up meetings to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using various tools and platforms.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information and interactions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Months of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling objections.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales or a similar industry is a bonus.
