About the Role:Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Merchandiser (Western Wear) for one of our esteemed clients in the fashion and textile industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and creative environment where you will play a key role in bringing Western wear collections to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the entire merchandising cycle for Western wear collections, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market trends and brand positioning.
• Oversee sourcing, sampling, and production processes to meet quality and timeline targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive product strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Textile/Fashion Merchandising or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in Western wear and established fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of Western wear trends, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software.
