Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer (Remote)

Job timings: Night shift Mon - Fri 8 PM - 5 AM Pakistan time Job location: Pakistan (Remote) Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet the needs of our law firm clients. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, customization, implementations, and development of the AllRize SaaS product using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Collaborate closely with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Architect and implement integrations between AllRize and third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
• Maintain and improve code quality and performance across the AllRize solution stack through code reviews, unit testing, and performance profiling.
• Drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipeline for Dynamics 365 components using Azure DevOps and automated deployment strategies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
• Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics-related issues and proactively resolve complex challenges across the platform.
• Participate in roadmap planning and contribute technical insights to support long-term architectural decisions for AllRize.
• Stay current with Microsofts roadmap for Dynamics 365 and related technologies, proposing upgrades or enhancements to improve product capabilities.

Requirements Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, and .NET
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies; SharePoint and SQL Server
• Excellent knowledge of programming principles, software design patterns, and software engineering best practices
• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Masters degree in computer science or a related field preferred
• Experience with the legal industry or other professional services industries is a plus
