Angel Gyms are Londons SafeSpace, offering one-to-one personal training in a serene environment, distinct from loud, intimidating corporate gyms. Our mission is to reduce gym anxiety and support clients in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training and mental health support.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a liberal-minded female professional with high proficiency in English, capable of operating at a senior level to enhance our brand presence, drive new client inquiries, and build meaningful corporate and client relationships. This position offers a salary of 200,000 PKR per month, with a monthly bonus between 50,000-100,000 PKR depending on the performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Media Management

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Angel Gyms mission and business objectives.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand identity.
• Community Engagement: Foster and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Corporate Partnerships and Outreach

• LinkedIn Engagement: Actively engage with local businesses and corporate leaders on LinkedIn to establish partnerships for employee wellness programs.
• Partnership Strategy: Develop strategies to build relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored fitness packages and promoting Angel Gyms as a partner in employee health and well-being.

Client Retention and Feedback

• Client Feedback: Engage with clients who have left Angel Gyms to gather feedback on their experience, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns.
• Retention Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to bring past clients back to Angel Gyms through targeted campaigns and tailored re-engagement strategies.

Analytics and Leadership

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze social media and outreach performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior social media team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to keep Angel Gyms at the forefront of digital engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7 years of proven experience in social media management, corporate engagement, and client relationship strategies, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas clearly.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media and corporate outreach strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage with current and former clients to gather feedback and develop retention initiatives.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of social media professionals.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and technologies.
• Liberal Mindset: Open-minded and progressive, with an understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Technical Skills: Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut etc).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 per month
