We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is integral to the success of our sales function, focusing on identifying and cultivating potential opportunities while building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset, adept at identifying influencers and decision-makers within target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation activities to create and qualify opportunities for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Proactively research, identify, and target new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and an ability to build trust and rapport with prospects.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, opportunities, and account details in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and share insights on improving lead generation techniques and processes.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and opportunities.



Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
