Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Manager (for night shift) to lead and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage daily content creation and publishing across all major social media platforms .
• Plan and oversee social media campaigns, promotions, and brand partnerships.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for aligned campaigns.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., fashion, tech, e-commerce, etc.].
• Understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.
