About the Opportunity:Do you have a talent for turning conversations into signed agreements? At Want To Sell Now, were on the lookout for a driven, persuasive closer to join our remote acquisitions team. This role puts you at the heart of our real estate operation—where qualified seller leads come to you. Thats right—zero cold outreach, just ready-to-act homeowners.

What Youll Tackle:

  • Engage with inbound prospects looking to sell their homes
  • Build genuine rapport while identifying their goals and pain points
  • Walk sellers through our seamless home-buying process
  • Tailor conversations using a proven framework while keeping it human
  • Deliver clear, compelling offers and negotiate terms that create win-win outcomes
  • Keep every step of the journey logged in our CRM
  • Own your performance and consistently reach your closing milestones

What Youll Earn:

  • Base Pay: $7 USD/hour
  • Commission: 2% on every deal you close
  • Annual Potential: $40,000+ USD
  • Bonus: R27,000 (approx. $1,500) after your first 90 days
  • Monthly Range (ZAR): PKR 347,123 - 348,000
