VoIP Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a skilled VoIP Solutions Specialist with hands-on experience in 3CX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong VoIP (Voice over IP) systems background, with specific expertise in 3CX configuration, installation, and management. This role involves working with clients to provide reliable and high-quality VoIP solutions, supporting installations, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems for maximum efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support VoIP solutions with a focus on 3CX.
  • Install, configure, and maintain 3CX systems to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored VoIP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3CX and other VoIP systems, including call quality, connectivity, and hardware integration.
  • Manage VoIP network infrastructure, including configuration of SIP trunks, call routing, and VoIP hardware such as IP phones, headsets, and adapters.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on using 3CX and VoIP solutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and backups of 3CX and VoIP systems.
  • Monitor system performance, usage, and security, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Integrate 3CX solutions with CRM and other business software to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members on VoIP projects, staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in VoIP and 3CX.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in VoIP and telephony solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with 3CX system installation, configuration, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), PBX (Private Branch Exchange), and IP telephony principles.
  • Familiarity with VoIP hardware and software, including IP phones, headsets, adapters, and related devices.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and VoIP-specific networking (QoS, bandwidth management, etc.).
  • Ability to handle complex troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in Real-Time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of networking and network security best practices.
  • Experience with CRM integrations with 3CX or other VoIP systems.
  • Familiarity with VoIP providers, SIP trucking, and Call Center setups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
