Kitchen Crew

As a Crew Member, you are responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience by maintaining exceptional service standards in both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH). You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer receives their order accurately, on time, and with excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in order processing.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide quick solutions.

Maintain a clean and organized service counter and dining area.

• Food Preparation:

Prepare food orders following company recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and prep areas.

Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.

• Cash Handling:

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions.

Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts and provide accurate reports.

• Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning, restocking, and maintaining equipment.

• Health and Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and workplace safety.

Report any hazards or safety issues to the management team.
