What Youll Do:

  • Jump on scheduled calls with motivated property owners
  • Cut through surface talk and uncover why they want to sell
  • Provide clarity, options, and a confident path forward
  • Present purchase offers that align with seller goals and our buying criteria
  • Follow up like a pro—no lead left behind
  • Lock in signed contracts and hand them off to our transactions team

What Youll Make:

  • Hourly Pay: $7 USD
  • Commission: 2% of each closed property deal
  • Total Compensation Potential: $40K+ USD annually
  • Sign-On Bonus: R27,000 (~$1,500 USD) after 90 days
  • Monthly Earnings Range (ZAR): R347,123 - R348,000

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven closer with at least 1 year of experience (any high-ticket sales or real estate a plus)
  • You can lead a conversation, control the tempo, and get to “yes” without pressure
  • Hyper-organized and reliable—you follow up, follow through, and finish strong
  • Remote-ready: stable internet, quiet space, self-discipline
  • CRM experience? Even better. Tech wont trip you up.

Your Setup:

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Mountain Standard Time)
