SaaS Coordinator
Job Brief: Emplacement Type: Full Time, Onsite Timings: 12PM-9PM Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and promote engagement. Maintain and update client records, ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and technical teams, to address client needs. Provide reports and feedback on client satisfaction, common issues, and potential improvements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or SaaS-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of SaaS products
